Transferring a domain name from another broker to Tuonetti

If you wish, you can transfer your domain name from another domain name broker to us. To transfer a domain name, you will need a switch key. You can obtain the broker change key / EPP code from your current provider via their customer service. Some brokers have an automated system on their client website to retrieve the exchange key.

Domain transfer

  1. Log in to our client area.
  2. From the top menu, click on "Domains" -> "Transfer Domain".
  3. In the boxes, enter your domain name without prefixes (www) and your exchange key. Then click on the "Order now" button.
  4. Proceed with your order as instructed on the order form. Contact customer service in case of problems.

NOTE! When you transfer .com, .net, .org or other domain names that are not .fi, you will need to separately approve the transfer via the confirmation link in your email.
