When you register or transfer an international public domain name with us, you will be asked to confirm the existence of your email. When you register, you will receive a confirmation request in English to the email address you provided. (Remember to check your spam mail too) There will be a link in the mail to complete the email confirmation. Confirmation should only be done once for the same email address. So if you later register another domain name, you will not receive the same confirmation email again.

The email will arrive with the subject line "The verification of your domains is required" and the sender is [email protected].

If the email address is not verified within 15 days, the domain will be temporarily suspended.

The verification of the email address is an ICANN requirement and Tuonetti cannot do this on behalf of the customer.
