Create an email account

Plesk login:

  1. Go to https://asiakassivut.tuonetti.fi/
  2. Log in with your account
  3. Go to Services by clicking on the "Services" box in the home screen or by clicking on the "Services" button in the top navigation bar.
  4. Select the web hosting service you want to edit
  5. Click on the "Login to Plesk Control Panel" button on the screen.

Adding an email account

  1. Open the "Email" menu in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the "Create an email address" button.
  3. Fill in the necessary information to create an email account. It is recommended to add an "External email address" to enable password reset for the email account. If necessary, the administrator can reset the password.
  4. Finally, create a new account.

Reading email via webmail

We use an email client called Roundcube for webmail. You can also find webmail by adding "webmail" in front of your domain name. For example: webmail.yourdomain.fi.

  1. Log into the Plesk control panel and open the "Email" tab.
  2. From the list, select the email account whose mailbox you want to read.
  3. The envelope icon on the right side of the row will open a new window.
  4. Enter the password you specified earlier and log in to your online mailbox.

Adding an email account to a separate email client

  1. Log into the Plesk control panel and open the "Email" tab.
  2. From the list, select the email account whose mailbox you want to read.
  3. Click on the "info" icon on the right side of the row.
  4. In the sidebar that reappears, select the device or application for which you want to add your email.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your email.

Deleting an email account

  1. Log into the Plesk control panel and open the "Email" tab.
  2. Select the email account you want to delete from the list.
  3. Select the account by clicking on the box on the left side of the row.
  4. Press the "Delete" button and click "Yes" in the confirmation window.
